This product (Catalog No. DPABH-19960) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF750, targeting the amino acid region 374–723 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ZNF750 is a novel nuclear protein highly expressed in differentiated skin keratinocytes. Mutation of ZNF750 is linked with familial psoriasis. Recently ZNF was found to be significantly mutated in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). Expression of ZNF750 is decreased in ESCC compared to the normal tissue. DPABH-19960 is suitable for use in IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-19960 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
