General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04792) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF71, targeting the amino acid region 9–146 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ZNF71 is a protein-coding gene in humans that encodes zinc finger protein 71, also known as endothelial zinc finger protein induced by tumor necrosis factor alpha (EZFIT), a member of the C2H2-type zinc finger protein family predicted to function as a DNA-binding transcription activator involved in regulating transcription by RNA polymerase II. Located on the long arm of chromosome 19 at position 19q13.43, the gene spans approximately 29 kb with four exons and produces a protein active in the nucleus, featuring conserved domains such as multiple C2H2 zinc finger motifs for DNA binding and a KRAB box in one isoform for potential transcriptional repression. DPABH-04792 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. DPABH-04792 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
