This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05895) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF697, targeting the amino acid region 1–136 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ZNF697 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ZNF697 (Zinc Finger Protein 697), also known as Zfp697 in mice, is an RNA-binding protein that acts as a critical regulator of skeletal muscle inflammation, regeneration, and remodeling. It is transiently elevated during muscle damage recovery and plays a role in mediating the inflammatory response to interferon-gamma (IFNγ).
DPABH-05895 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-05895 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
