This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02151) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF658, targeting the amino acid region 142–435 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ZNF658 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ZNF658 (Zinc Finger Protein 658) is a human transcription factor containing a KRAB domain and 21 zinc fingers, acting as a crucial regulator of cellular zinc homeostasis. It functions by binding to specific DNA motifs called Zinc Transcriptional Regulatory Elements (ZTREs), linking zinc availability to ribosome biogenesis and transcriptional regulation.
DPABH-02151 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-02151 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
