This product (Catalog No. DPABH-01429) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF643, targeting the amino acid region 56–308 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ZNF643 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ZNF643 (Zinc Finger Protein 643), also known as ZFP69B, is a KRAB-domain-containing zinc finger protein that functions as an oncogene in multiple human cancers. It is typically upregulated in tumor tissues compared to normal samples and is associated with promoting cancer cell proliferation, migration, invasion, and regulating immunosuppressive phenotypes.
DPABH-01429 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-01429 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
