This product (Catalog No. DPABH-18679) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF608. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ZNF608 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ZNF608 (Zinc Finger Protein 608) is a protein-coding gene that acts as a transcription factor, primarily known for repressing ZNF609 transcription. It is associated with immune responses, particularly in house dust mite (HDM)-induced allergic rhinitis, and has been studied for its potential role in osteoblast differentiation and as a target in certain cancers. DPABH-18679 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:300), ELISA (1:5000) applications. DPABH-18679 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
