General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10243) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF571, targeting the amino acid region 41–190 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ZNF571 is a protein-coding gene in humans that encodes zinc finger protein 571, a member of the C2H2-type zinc finger family predicted to function as a DNA-binding transcription factor involved in the regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. The gene is located on the long arm of chromosome 19 at cytogenetic band q13.12, spanning approximately 30.5 kb with five exons, and its protein product contains characteristic domains including a KRAB box for transcriptional repression and multiple C2H2 zinc finger motifs for DNA binding. Predicted to localize to the nucleus, ZNF571 exhibits ubiquitous expression across human tissues, with relatively higher levels observed in the adrenal gland and testis, as well as in various fetal organs during gestation.
DPABH-10243 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:20–1:200) applications.
DPABH-10243 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
