General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-24399) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF540, targeting the amino acid region 250–539 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ZNF540 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ZNF540 (Zinc Finger Protein 540) is a protein-coding gene in humans that acts as a potent transcriptional inhibitor, often functioning as a transcriptional suppressor within the MAPK signaling pathway. It belongs to the Kruppel-associated box (KRAB) domain-containing zinc finger protein family. ZNF540 is involved in regulating cell processes, with studies indicating its downregulation in certain cancers, such as Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma (HNSCC) and Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC).
DPABH-24399 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-24399 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
