General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12495) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF506. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Zinc finger protein 506 (ZNF506) is a protein encoded by the ZNF506 gene in humans, a member of the KRAB domain-containing C2H2-type zinc finger family located on chromosome 19p13.11 at position 19,792,711-19,821,750 (GRCh38). It functions as a DNA-binding transcription factor with RNA polymerase II-specific activity, predicted to regulate DNA-templated transcription and localize to the nucleolus, existing in two validated isoforms with conserved KRAB and zinc finger domains. Expression of ZNF506 is ubiquitous across human tissues, with the highest levels observed in the thyroid (RPKM 8.8) and lymph node (RPKM 4.7), and it is detectable in fetal tissues such as adrenal, heart, and kidney during 10-20 weeks gestation.
DPABH-12495 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000) application.
DPABH-12495 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
