This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10849) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF484, targeting the amino acid region 536–819 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ZNF484 (Zinc Finger Protein 484) is a human protein-coding gene located on chromosome 9 that acts as a transcription factor, regulating gene expression through DNA-binding and zinc ion binding activity. As part of the KRAB-containing C2H2-type zinc finger family, it is primarily active in the nucleus and is involved in RNA polymerase II transcription regulation. DPABH-10849 is suitable for use in ELISA, Western blot (WB) applications. DPABH-10849 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
