General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20095) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF48, targeting the amino acid region 1–115 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ZNF48, also named as zinc finger protein 48, is 618 amino acid protein, which contains twelves C2H2-type zinc fingers and belongs to the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. ZNF48 localizes in the nucleus and may be involves in transcription regulation. DPABH-20095 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000) application. DPABH-20095 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
