General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10363) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF41. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a protein that contains KRAB-A and KRAB-B domains multiple zinc finger DNA binding motifs and finger linking regions characteristic of the Kruppel family. An initial study suggested that this gene may be associated with X-linked cognitive disability, but a later study has called this finding into question (PMID:23871722). DPABH-10363 is suitable for use in IHC (1: 25-100) application. DPABH-10363 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
