This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05545) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF394, targeting the amino acid region 163–345 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ZNF394 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ZNF394 (Zinc Finger Protein 394) is a human C2H2-type zinc finger protein and transcriptional repressor encoded by the ZNF394 gene on chromosome 7q11.21. Primarily localized in the nucleus, it plays a role in regulating cell proliferation, apoptosis, and signal transduction, with high expression in the heart, skeletal muscle, and brain.
DPABH-05545 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-05545 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
