This product (Catalog No. DPABH-16362) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF382, targeting the amino acid region 130–312 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human ZNF382 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ZNF382 is a member of the C2H2 zinc finger transcription factor family, which plays key roles in the regulation of cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis in response to a variety of stimuli. DPABH-16362 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate) applications. DPABH-16362 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
