General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23868) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF35, targeting the amino acid region 1–350 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human ZNF35 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ZNF35 is a protein-coding gene in humans that encodes zinc finger protein 35, a member of the C2H2-type zinc finger family characterized by tandemly repeated DNA-binding domains consisting of 28 to 30 amino acids with invariant cysteine and histidine residues. Located on the short arm of chromosome 3 at cytogenetic band 3p21.31 (genomic coordinates GRCh38: 3:44,646,506-44,660,791), the gene spans approximately 13 kb and contains five exons, with the protein-coding region interrupted by three introns. The encoded protein features 11 contiguous zinc finger domains primarily within the 3' exon, enabling sequence-specific DNA binding and functioning as a transcription factor.
DPABH-23868 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000) application.
DPABH-23868 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
