This product (Catalog No. DPABH-03975) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF345, targeting the amino acid region 187–483 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ZNF345 (Zinc Finger Protein 345), also known as HZF10, is a protein-coding gene located on human chromosome 19q13.12. It is suspected to act as a transcription factor regulating gene expression by binding to DNA, with research identifying its role in DNA binding, transcription regulation by RNA Polymerase II, and potential associations with conditions like knee osteoarthritis.
