General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-08402) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF323, targeting the amino acid region 1–76 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human ZNF323 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ZNF323 (Zinc Finger Protein 323) is a member of the C2H2-type zinc finger transcription factor family that is predicted to function primarily in DNA binding and transcriptional regulation. It is localized in the nucleus and is thought to act mainly as a transcriptional repressor through interaction with chromatin-modifying complexes such as KAP1/TRIM28 and histone deacetylases, leading to epigenetic gene silencing. Like many KRAB-associated zinc finger proteins, ZNF323 is implicated in regulating developmental gene expression programs, cellular differentiation, and maintenance of genomic stability. Although its specific downstream targets and biological pathways remain poorly characterized, it is believed to participate in broader transcriptional regulatory networks that influence cell identity and proliferation. Overall, ZNF323 is considered an epigenetic transcription factor, but its precise physiological functions require further experimental validation.
DPABH-08402 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000) application.
DPABH-08402 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
