This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10865) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF317, targeting the amino acid region 58–266 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ZNF317 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ZNF317 (Zinc Finger Protein 317) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 19p13.2 that encodes a transcription factor containing a Krüppel-associated box (KRAB) domain and 13 C2H2-type zinc fingers. Primarily expressed in the brain, kidney, spleen, and ovaries, it is involved in gene expression regulation, specifically playing a role in erythroid maturation and lymphoid proliferation.
DPABH-10865 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-10865 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
