This product (Catalog No. DPABH-13777) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF217. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ZNF217 (Zinc Finger Protein 217) is an oncogenic transcription factor located on chromosome 20q13, commonly amplified in breast, ovarian, and colorectal cancers. It acts as a transcriptional regulator that promotes cancer progression, metastasis, chemotherapy resistance, and cell stemness. High ZNF217 expression correlates with poor patient prognosis.
DPABH-13777 is suitable for use in ELISA, Western blot (WB) applications.
DPABH-13777 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
