General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-09025) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF200, targeting the amino acid region 142–393 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ZNF200 (Zinc Finger Protein 200) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 16p13.3 in humans, primarily acting as a transcription factor. It is highly expressed in the testis and features five tandem C2H2-type zinc finger domains that localize to the nucleus. ZNF200 functions by regulating gene expression, binding to DNA, and interacting with proteins like the histone methyltransferase G9a. DPABH-09025 is suitable for use in ELISA, Western blot (WB) applications. DPABH-09025 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
