This product (Catalog No. DPABH-18089) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ZIC3, targeting the amino acid region 331–410 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ZIC3 from mouse, rat, chicken, dog, pig, cow, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a member of the ZIC family of C2H2-type zinc finger proteins. This nuclear protein probably functions as a transcription factor in early stages of left-right body axis formation. Mutations in this gene cause X-linked visceral heterotaxy, which includes congenital heart disease and left-right axis defects in organs.
DPABH-18089 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-18089 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
