This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12394) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZFAND2B. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ZFAND2B from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a protein containing AN1-type zinc-fingers and ubiquitin-interacting motifs. The encoded protein likely associates with the proteosome to stimulate the degradation of toxic or misfolded proteins. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed for this gene. DPABH-12394 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:20–1:100) applications. DPABH-12394 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
