This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20769) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZCCHC9. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ZCCHC9 (Zinc finger, CCHC domain containing 9) is a nucleolar protein containing four CCHC-type zinc finger motifs, primarily involved in RNA binding and gene regulation. It acts as a transcriptional repressor of NF-kappa B and SRE. ZCCHC9 is implicated in various diseases, including promoting non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) through MAPK signaling, glioma progression, and low expression in blood is associated with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) risk. DPABH-20769 is suitable for use in IHC (1:25–1:100) application. DPABH-20769 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
