This product (Catalog No. DPABH-11308) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human YPEL3, targeting the amino acid region 1–119 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human YPEL3 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. YPEL3 is part of a five-member family of closely related paralogues: YPEL1-5, which are named in reference to their Drosophila ortholgue. Studies showed shat YPEL3 is regulated by p53 and its encoding protein induces cellular senescence in human tumor and normal cells, indicating that YPEL3 is a p53-dependent, tumor suppressor gene. DPABH-11308 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-11308 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
