This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05171) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human YARS, targeting the amino acid region 400–528 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human YARS from pig. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Tyrosyl-tRNA synthetase (YARS) is responsible for tyrosyl-tRNA aminoacylation. The functional enzyme exists as a homodimer, has potent leukocyte and monocyte chemotaxis activity, and stimulates production of myeloperoxidase, tumor necrosis factor-α, and tissue factor. A shift in the monomer:dimer equilibrium could result in dysregulation of the cytokines function. (PMID: 33490854).
DPABH-05171 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:2,000–1:12,000), IHC (1:200–1:800) applications.
DPABH-05171 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
