This product (Catalog No. DPABH-21683) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human XKR3. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. XKRX (MIM 300684) and XKR3 are homologs of the Kell blood group precursor XK (MIM 314850), which is a putative membrane transporter and a component of the XK/Kell complex of the Kell blood group system (Calenda et al., 2006 [PubMed 16431037]). DPABH-21683 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:25–1:100) applications. DPABH-21683 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
