This product (Catalog No. DPABH-27482) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human WIBG, targeting the amino acid region 1–204 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human WIBG from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Protein WIBG homolog, also known as PYM1 (Partner of Y14 and mago), is a cytoplasmic RNA-binding protein, that can interact with the ribosome and EJC, may act as an EJC destabilizing factor, preventing EJC accumulation at positions away from exon-exon junctions (non-canonical position). DPABH-27482 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:500), IF/ICC (1:200–1:800) applications. DPABH-27482 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
