This product (Catalog No. DPABH-21286) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human WDR74, targeting the amino acid region 1–300 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. WDR74, also known as WD repeat domain 74, is a protein-coding gene that plays important roles in various biological processes. WDR74 is involved in rRNA processing and ribosomal large subunit biogenesis. It is a 60S ribosome assembly factor, which is irreplaceable in ribosome biogenesis and is closely related to protein synthesis. WDR74 can induce nuclear β-catenin accumulation and activate Wnt-responsive genes, thus promoting cell proliferation and metastasis in various cancers.
DPABH-21286 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-21286 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
