WBP2NL (WWP2 N-terminal-like), also known as PAWP (Postacrosomal sheath WW domain-binding protein), is a testis-specific signaling protein essential for inducing meiotic resumption and oocyte activation during fertilization. Located on chromosome 22q13.2, it is crucial for sperm-induced calcium release and pronuclear formation. DPABH-08453 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:50–1:200) applications. DPABH-08453 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
