This product (Catalog No. DPABH-18452) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human VSIG8. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with VSIG8 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. VSIG8 (V-set and immunoglobulin domain-containing protein 8) is a type I transmembrane protein and immune checkpoint molecule that acts as a co-inhibitory ligand for human T cells, notably serving as a receptor for VISTA. It is primarily expressed in hair follicles, nails, and specific epithelial tissues, with roles in immune regulation and potential,immunotherapy applications.
DPABH-18452 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:200–1:400) applications.
DPABH-18452 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
