This product (Catalog No. DPABH-26849) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human VKORC1L1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with VKORC1L1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Involved in vitamin K metabolism. Can reduce inactive vitamin K 2,3-epoxide to active vitamin K (in vitro), and may contribute to vitamin K-mediated protection against oxidative stress. Plays a role in vitamin K-dependent gamma-carboxylation of Glu residues in target proteins. DPABH-26849 is suitable for use in IHC 1 (50-1:200) application. DPABH-26849 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
