This product (Catalog No. DPABH-14108) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human VHLL, targeting the amino acid region 1–139 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with VHLL from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The von Hippel-Lindau-like protein (VLP, VHLL) is a conserved protein structurally similar to the tumor suppressor protein pVHL, specifically expressed in the brain and testis of upper mammals. It functions as a functional homolog to von Hippel-Lindau protein (pVHL), sharing similar binding dynamics and three-dimensional organization, which suggests roles in protein regulation or degradation.
DPABH-14108 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000) applications.
DPABH-14108 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
