This product (Catalog No. DPABH-01647) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human UTP3. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. UTP3 (Small Subunit Processome Component, also known as SAS10) is a highly conserved nucleolar protein essential for the maturation of 18S rRNA and the early assembly of the small subunit (SSU) processome. It plays a critical role in ribosome biogenesis, rRNA processing, and has been identified as a factor in maintaining genomic stability and cancer progression, often acting as a key regulator in cell apoptosis resistance and chemoresistance. DPABH-01647 is suitable for use in IHC (1: 100-200) application. DPABH-01647 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
