General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20191) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human USP44. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is a protease that functions as a deubiquitinating enzyme. The encoded protein is thought to help regulate the spindle assembly checkpoint by preventing early anaphase onset. This protein specifically deubiquitinates CDC20, which stabilizes the anaphase promoting complex/cyclosome. DPABH-20191 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. DPABH-20191 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
