General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-14790) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human USHBP1, targeting the amino acid region 354–703 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human USHBP1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. USHBP1, also named as Mutated in colon cancer protein 2 or AIE-75-binding protein, is a 703 amino acid protein, which belongs to the MCC family. Highest level of expression is in heart, and moderate to low expression in skeletal muscle, kidney, liver, small intestine, placenta and lung.
DPABH-14790 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:20–1:200), IF/ICC (1:10–1:100) applications.
DPABH-14790 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
