This product (Catalog No. DPABH-22628) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human UQCRC2. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with UQCRC2 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is located in the mitochondrion, where it is part of the ubiquinol-cytochrome c reductase complex (also known as complex III). This complex constitutes a part of the mitochondrial respiratory chain. Defects in this gene are a cause of mitochondrial complex III deficiency nuclear type 5. DPABH-22628 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:5,000), IHC (1:25–1:100) applications. DPABH-22628 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
