This product (Catalog No. DPABH-22408) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human UQCRC1, targeting the amino acid region 65–170 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with UQCRC1 from mouse, rat, cow, monkey, and y. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. UQCRC1 (Ubiquinol-Cytochrome C Reductase Core Protein 1) is an essential protein-coding gene and a core subunit of mitochondrial respiratory chain Complex III (bc1 complex). Located in the inner mitochondrial membrane, it is crucial for cellular energy production, embryo survival, and neuronal function. Mutations are associated with familial parkinsonism, and its dysfunction contributes to neurodegeneration and cancer progression.
DPABH-22408 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-22408 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
