General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20501) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human UHRF1BP1, targeting the amino acid region 1053–1400 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. UHRF1BP1 (UHRF1 binding protein 1) is a protein-coding gene that encodes a cytoplasmic adaptor-like protein known to interact with UHRF1 (ubiquitin-like with PHD and RING finger domains 1). It is implicated in intracellular trafficking and membrane dynamics, particularly in endosomal and lysosomal pathways, where it may contribute to vesicle transport and protein sorting. UHRF1BP1 has also been associated with the regulation of immune signaling and cellular homeostasis. In addition, a related protein, UHRF1BP1L (UHRF1BP1-like), has been linked to autophagy and innate immune responses, suggesting that UHRF1BP1 family members may play roles in host defense and stress responses. Despite these insights, the precise molecular mechanisms and broader physiological functions of UHRF1BP1 remain to be fully elucidated.
DPABH-20501 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:2,000–1:10,000) application.
DPABH-20501 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
