This product (Catalog No. DPABH-13900) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human UGT3A1. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. UGT3A1 (UDP glycosyltransferase family 3 member A1) is a human gene that encodes an enzyme involved in phase II drug metabolism, primarily active in the liver and kidney. Unlike typical UGTs that use UDP-glucuronic acid, UGT3A1 uniquely catalyzes the transfer of N-acetylglucosamine to small molecules, such as bile acids (ursodeoxycholic acid), steroids, and xenobiotics. DPABH-13900 is suitable for use in IHC (1:100–1:200) application. DPABH-13900 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
