This product (Catalog No. DPABH-11190) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human UBR7, targeting the amino acid region 76–289 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with UBR7 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. UBR7 (Ubiquitin Protein Ligase E3 Component N-Recognin 7) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 14 that acts as an E3 ubiquitin ligase, specifically functioning as a histone H2B monoubiquitin ligase and a histone H3.1 chaperone. It is involved in the N-end rule pathway of protein degradation, plays a role in neurodevelopmental syndrome, and functions as a tumor suppressor in triple-negative breast cancer.
DPABH-11190 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000) applications.
DPABH-11190 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
