General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-28247) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human UBOX5, targeting the amino acid region 324–520 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with UBOX5 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. UBOX5 is a protein-coding gene in humans, officially symbolized as UBOX5 (U-box domain containing 5) and also known as RNF37 (RING finger protein 37), that encodes a U-box domain-containing protein functioning as an E3 ubiquitin ligase in the ubiquitination pathway by interacting with E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes such as UbcM4. The protein features conserved domains including a U-box (Pfam PF04564) and variants of the RING finger motif, enabling its role in protein ubiquitination and potential interactions with molecular chaperones.
DPABH-28247 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000) applications.
DPABH-28247 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
