This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04832) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human UBE2V2. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with UBE2V2 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. UBE2V2 (Ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2 variant 2) is a crucial, non-catalytic enzyme that acts as a cofactor with UBE2N (Ubc13) to facilitate K63-linked polyubiquitination, regulating DNA repair, cell cycle progression, and signal transduction. It plays a significant role in cancer progression, particularly in lung adenocarcinoma, where high expression predicts poor prognosis and promotes tumor metastasis.
DPABH-04832 is suitable for use in ELISA, Western blot (WB) applications.
DPABH-04832 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
