General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04082) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human UBE2T. It has been affinity purified by protein A. The protein encoded by this gene catalyzes the covalent attachment of ubiquitin to protein substrates. Defects in this gene have been associated with Fanconi anemia of complementation group T. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
DPABH-04082 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000) application.
DPABH-04082 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
