This product (Catalog No. DPABH-22995) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human UBE2J2, targeting the amino acid region 14–202 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with UBE2J2 from rat and mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. UBE2J2 (Ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2 J2) is a membrane-anchored enzyme located in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) that plays a critical role in ER-associated degradation (ERAD) by tagging misfolded proteins with ubiquitin for proteasomal degradation. It is vital for cellular protein quality control, lipid metabolism, and, recent studies suggest, the progression of meiosis.
DPABH-22995 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-22995 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
