General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-03038) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TTLL10, targeting the amino acid region 1–245 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human TTLL10 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. TTLL10 (Tubulin Tyrosine Ligase Like 10) is a member of the TTLL (tubulin tyrosine ligase–like) family of enzymes, which are involved in post-translational modification of tubulin and other cytoskeletal proteins. Although the enzymatic activity of TTLL10 is less well characterized compared to other TTLL family members, it is generally implicated in regulating microtubule dynamics through polyglutamylation or related modifications that influence microtubule stability and interaction with microtubule-associated proteins. TTLL10 is thought to localize to cytoskeletal structures and may contribute to cellular processes such as intracellular transport, cell division, and ciliary or flagellar function. Expression data suggest it is present in multiple tissues, though potentially with context-dependent enrichment in specialized cell types. Like other tubulin-modifying enzymes, TTLL10 may play a role in fine-tuning cytoskeletal architecture and cellular morphology, but its precise biochemical substrates and physiological functions remain incompletely defined.
DPABH-03038 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application.
DPABH-03038 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
