This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20660) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TTC7A. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with TTC7A from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Component of a complex required to localize phosphatidylinositol 4-kinase (PI4K) to the plasma membrane. The complex acts as a regulator of phosphatidylinositol 4-phosphate (PtdIns(4)P) synthesis (Probable). In the complex, plays a central role in bridging PI4KA to EFR3B and FAM126A, via direct interactions (By similarity).
DPABH-20660 is suitable for use in IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500), WB 1 (500-1:2000), IHC 1 (50-1:200) applications.
DPABH-20660 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
