This product (Catalog No. DPABH-03679) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TTC39B, targeting the amino acid region 1–167 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human TTC39B from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. TTC39B (tetratricopeptide repeat domain 39B) is a protein-coding gene. Diseases associated with TTC39B include fanconi's anemia, and anemia. An important paralog of this gene is TTC39C. DPABH-03679 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-03679 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
