General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-21042) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TTC31, targeting the amino acid region 1–358 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. TTC31 (Tetratricopeptide Repeat Domain 31) encodes a protein containing tetratricopeptide repeat (TPR) motifs, which are structural domains that mediate protein–protein interactions and facilitate the assembly of multiprotein complexes. TPR-containing proteins commonly function as scaffolding or adaptor molecules in diverse cellular processes, including protein folding, intracellular transport, and signal transduction. Although the specific molecular function of TTC31 is not well defined, it is predicted to participate in regulatory protein networks that control cellular homeostasis and possibly protein quality control pathways. Expression data suggest that TTC31 is broadly expressed across tissues, indicating a fundamental but non–tissue-specific role. However, its precise biological pathways and interacting partners remain largely uncharacterized, and current functional insights are primarily inferred from domain structure rather than direct experimental evidence.
DPABH-21042 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:20–1:200), IF/ICC (1:20–1:200) applications.
DPABH-21042 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
