This product (Catalog No. DPABH-14091) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TTC22. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with TTC22 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a protein with seven tetratricopeptide (TPR) repeats. Tetratricopeptide repeat containing motifs are found in a variety of proteins and may mediate protein-protein interactions and chaperone activity. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene. DPABH-14091 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. DPABH-14091 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
