General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-27467) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TSPYL4, targeting the amino acid region 5–235 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human TSPYL4 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. TSPYL4 (TSPY-like 4) is a protein-coding gene. Diseases associated with TSPYL4 include acute myeloid leukemia, and myeloid leukemia. An important paralog of this gene is SET. DPABH-27467 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:2,000–1:10,000) application. DPABH-27467 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
